Jodie started personal training at Pro Fitness after her husband surprised her with personal training sessions for her birthday. “I wanted to get healthy and make exercise a part of my life.”
That was more than three years ago and the changes have not only made Jodie feel better about herself, but training with Lisa has helped her make better decisions about food and diet.
Moving forward Jodie’s goals include running more consistently and keeping her weekly appointments with Lisa.
