When did you start training at Pro Fitness?
Laurie came to Pro Fitness about 7 years ago, following Chrystal when Energy closed. Dale started in December after I bought him a membership for Christmas. Best present ever!
Why did you decide to begin working with a trainer?
I stick to classes. Doug and Chrystal are so good at what they do that I don’t need personal training. They both push us and don’t let us slack.
What were your initial goals when you started?
We knew we would never be in the shape we were in when we were young and met at Vic Tanny. We wanted to become the best version of ourselves for where we are now in life.
How has the changes you’ve made impacted your lifestyle?
We have become very aware of the importance of moving and not sitting as we work into retirement. Pro Fitness has given us the tools to use to keep us moving and looking forward to our next adventure.

Keep moving, get stronger, and stay healthy.
